My family and I have been coming to Optimal Dental for over two years, and it is honestly one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever been to. The service is always excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. I truly appreciate the level of care and customer service they provide. I highly recommend Optimal Dental to anyone looking for a reliable dental office. I’ve never had any problems and have always been very satisfied with my visits.

I had a wonderful experience with Dee Dee during my Invisalign fitting. She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She carefully explained each step before she did it, which helped ease any anxiety and made the experience much more enjoyable. Dee Dee was also incredibly gentle and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. In addition, Dr. McKenna and the entire office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everyone goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional and compassionate dental care!

In many years as a customer I’ve never felt any kind of ‘upsell’ pressure. The dentists and hygienists have always been interested in me and whatever has been going around on (or not!!). They are always professional. Inexpensive? Certainly not. But I doubt that any good one is .

Invisalign refitting done. Dental assistant Chloe is great! Explained every step she was doing and checking in with me. Professional and excellent bedside manner. Reminded Dr. that I had another appt to go to and didn't want to go past the predicted 40min appt. My appt finished within 50 minutes and just made in time for my appt. Front desk staff is always friendly and responsive. I don't know how they remember things about their patients. I don't see them often and they asks about things I spoke to them months ago. I swear they have notes on their patients.

Just had my first intake appointment. The X-Ray tech was kind and patient with me. Shilo my hygienist for the last 5 years is the reason I chose Optimal Dental after she switched practices. Shes always amazing and patient with me and my TMJ struggles! And Dr. Owens was kind, she had already reviewed my history and joined us with some ideas for next steps and she listened to me! Overall 10 stars would recommend!!!
